  10.   Pegase is a highly optimized MPEG audio encoder, based upon the
  11.   ISO/MPEG Codec (Musicin).

  14.   - Layer 1/Layer 2 encoding (no layer 3 yet, sorry).
  15.   - Accept AIFF, MAUD, WAV, CDDA and RAW files (16 bits samples).
  16.   - Really Faaaaast (less than 3:1 ratio using a 68060/50, ~11:1 for
  17.     68040/40).
  18.   - High quality encoding, which make layer 2 nearly as good as
  19.     layer 3 (unless you have a sound card and good ears to hear the
  20.     difference).
  21.   - Rewritten with Amiga spirit in mind (4 Kb stack usage, ReadArgs 
  22.     style command line parameters, file requester).
  23.   - Batch mode (can encode multiple files in one go).

  43.   - Removed a bug in the progress indicator, that couldn't  reach  100%  when
  44.     encoding big files (longer than 8 minutes).

  46.     bug fixed in this release.
